Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing ambiguity
Demonstrated expertise in analytics, extracting & applying actionable insights from complex data sets, data governance and infrastructure maintenance in complex, multistakeholder environments
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information for audiences ranging from individual contributors to senior leadership
Strong project management skills with experience driving cross-functional workflows, managing roadmaps, and prioritization
Comfort with both quantitative analysis and qualitative research; strong analytical mindset paired with strategic thinking
Familiarity with marketing measurement frameworks, attribution models, and analytics tools
8+ years of experience in data science, analytics, martech, business or marketing strategy, or related functions, preferably within the technology, digital media or gaming industries
Experience with marketing measurement frameworks and modeled measurement including match market testing, A/B testing, Attribution & AAK, LTV modeling, causal inference
