Management experience with a proven track record of driving quality performance.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact and disseminate information with individuals at all levels in the organization.
As a skilled negotiator and trusted advisor, able to work effectively with customers and resolve customer complaints.
Working experience operating within ISO 9001 standard.
Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment while complying with policies, procedures, appropriate principles and applicable state and federal laws and regulations.
Direct knowledge of TQM, SPC, AS9100, ISO9001 and state-of-the-art analytical quality assurance methodologies.
Motivated leader to drive continuous improvement by leading through example and working with and developing teams.
Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in a technical field and 8 years directly related experience in a Quality Assurance / Quality Control role and 3 years of supervisory and/or management experience, or the overall equivalent.
