Large‑Scale Migration Experience: Proven experience leading enterprise hardware or software migrations impacting 5,000+ users, preferably in an M&A; or corporate integration context.
3+ years of product management experience or 3+ years of experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering.
Data‑Driven Reporting: Proficiency with tools such as Tableau, Jira, Excel, or similar to track migration progress, success metrics, incident trends, and executive‑level reporting.
