Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management
Must be eligible for access to military facilities
Strong administrative, organizational, and leadership skills
Must pass a 5-panel drug screen (federal contracting requirement)
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required
Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Japanese language skills a plus
Experience with U.S. Army Corps of Engineers projects is desirable
5–7 years of experience in general construction

Travel door to door for extensive periods through local communities
Able to lift and transport 10-20 pounds
