Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline (or equivalent).
Minimum 9 years of professional systems‑engineering experience or 7 years with a Master's degree.
Experience in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
Experience with development of software requirements and working collaboratively with software engineers in the design, development, and test of embedded software
Experience with the design, integration and test of avionics systems and software operational programs
Demonstrated experience with Agile development practices and leading cross‑functional teams.
Hands‑on expertise in C/C++ test‑procedure development, integration, verification, and validation.
Strong background in MBSE, system architecture, and safety‑critical software development (DO‑178C, aerospace standards).
Familiar with DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automation of verification activities.
Proficient in defining and managing internal & external interfaces; authoring and updating ICDs.
Skilled at developing high‑level and low‑level system, software, and subsystem requirements and maintaining comprehensive traceability.
Experienced system engineering professional with a track record of leading embedded avionics projects.
