A high school diploma with a minimum 3-5 years of human service experience required.
Facilitator must attend the 5-day core SNAP training and submit mock role-plays for each of the role-plays in thefacilitator manual prior to the group cycles of SNAP.
Basic computer skills that allow for creating Word and Excel documents are required.
The ability to upload videos to Dropbox and use Video Conferencing Programs like Zoom is required.
Must have knowledge of methods of compiling data.
Must have knowledge of problem- solving techniques.
Ability to remain in a stationary position (e.g., at a desk or computer) for extended periods of time.
Ability to move about the office or service site to access files, office equipment, and meet with clients or staff.
