The position requires standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.
Minimum of 10 years floor‑care experience, including hands‑on restoration and diagnosis of floor conditions.
Ability to work independently and lead small teams.
Good physical stamina and ability to lift/move equipment.
Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
Extensive knowledge of floor‑care chemicals, restoration processes, equipment operation, and corrective methods for a wide range of surfaces.
