Setup & Operation: Set up and operate saws and press brakes according to print specifications, shop orders, and inspection charts.
Material Handling: Load materials into machines and safely stack finished parts for the next phase of production.
Physical Stamina: Must be able to stand, walk, and reach throughout the shift and lift up to 55 lbs on a regular basis.
Interview Readiness: Candidates must have Steel-toe shoes and Safety glasses (PPE) available at the time of the interview for a site tour.
Quality Control: Inspect products using calipers, tape measures, angle gauges, and squares to ensure 100% conformance to technical specs.
Basic Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED preferred, with strong basic math skills and the ability to follow detailed oral and written instructions.
Machine Setup Operator
Safety & Maintenance: Perform daily machine maintenance and adhere to all ISO and safety requirements, including the identification of emergency stops and guards.
Technical Proficiency: Ability to read and interpret blueprints, shop orders, and technical manuals; experience with geometry or trigonometry is preferred.
