2+ years' experience leading retail teams.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
High school diploma/GED required.
Microsoft Office knowledge is a must
Good communication skills.
Ability to operate all equipment, including a forklift, to run the store is important
Being able to climb ladders, bend, kneel
Lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to work flexible schedules
Have reliable transportation
Must pass a drug screening
Be 18 years of age or older
