High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Prior hotel experience in a hospitality or retail establishment is required.

Quality Control Manager

Proficiency in blending aggregates and asphalt materials to meet TDOT specifications
Oversee quality control functions across 4 asphalt plants, 6 quarries, and 1 resale yard
Lead, train, and develop Quality Control Technicians, Roadway Technicians, Drone Pilots, and lab personnel across multiple sites
Demonstrated knowledge of asphalt and aggregate testing and mix design procedures
Certifications in Soils & Aggregate Testing and Hot Mix Asphalt preferred (TDOT certifications a plus)
Drive a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence across all facilities
Minimum 5-7 years' experience in aggregates and asphalt operations required
Demonstrated ability to lead safety, quality, and cost control throughout our existing operations, while supporting continued growth across the region
Ability to work cross-functionally with operations and senior leadership to improve product quality and drive differentiation
Bachelor's degree related to construction technology, engineering, geosciences, manufacturing, or another related field preferred
Minimum 3+ years managing QC labs and multi-site operations preferred
Support environmental compliance efforts and site condition assessments, including assisting with permits, inspections, and geotechnical evaluations as needed
