Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Management within a manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated expertise with Quality Management Systems, including practical application, interpretation, and audit response.
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 standards.
Strong problem-solving skills and experience with structured root cause analysis.
Proficiency with quality tools such as SPC, FMEA, 5-Why, process mapping, and corrective action systems.
Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and influence at multiple organizational levels.
Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Quality Engineering, or a related technical discipline required;
Or equivalent combination of education and progressive quality management experience.
Demonstrated experience serving as a Quality Management System SME, including interpretation, application, and audit response.
Experience with ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 Quality Management Systems required.
The Quality Manager role is performed in both office and manufacturing environments and requires the ability to move between workstations, production areas, and meeting spaces throughout the facility.
The position requires sitting or standing for extended periods while working on a computer, reviewing documentation, and analyzing quality data.
The role also involves regular walking the production floor to observe processes, conduct audits, and collaborate with operations and engineering teams.
The employee must be able to use standard office equipment and have visual acuity to review technical documentation and quality records.
Occasional bending, reaching, and lifting of materials up to approximately 20 pounds may be required.
The role may involve moderate manufacturing noise levels and requires compliance with site safety requirements, including the use of personal protective equipment when necessary.
Occasional travel may be required to support supplier visits, customer meetings, or audits.
