Experience with calibrated tools like calipers, torque wrenches, oscilloscopes and gauges
Versatility to perform varied motor assembly and soldering operations manually
Strong dexterity for handling small parts and visual acuity for reading blueprints
High school diploma or GED, plus 1-2 years of manufacturing experience (or equivalent)

Determine machine speed and know approximate production at all times. Exceed minimum production standards
Check for scrap and quality defects on flat stock; continuously check for quality defects of the finished product
Know approximately how much more cartons to glue and how many more cases are needed to complete an order
Promote teamwork within crew to minimize machine downtime
Must be able to complete make readies on all gluers efficiently and complete all key areas of the Start Up Checklist prior to sign-off and start-up
Check and understand all detection systems, electronic counters as well as sensors
Candidates are required to undergo a drug screening after receiving a conditional job offer, but before starting employment.
Able to make machine adjustments in order to maintain machine at safety, quality and production standards
