Greet guests promptly and warmly as they arrive
Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating in an organized and efficient manner
Communicate wait times clearly and accurately to guests
Escort guests to tables and provide menus
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming host stand and entry area
Learn and utilize the reservation system to check availability, manage walk-ins, and support smooth service flow
Coordinate with servers and managers to ensure balanced seating and smooth service flow
Answer phones and respond to guest inquiries as needed
Assist with takeout orders, guest requests, and front-of-house support as needed
