Bachelor degree in Construction Management Civil Engineering Architecture or related field
Seven to ten plus years of commercial construction estimating experience
Three plus years in a senior or leadership estimating role
Strong knowledge of commercial construction means methods and codes
Proficiency with estimating tools such as Bluebeam OST ProEst or WinEst
Familiarity with scheduling and project management platforms
Strong analytical organizational and leadership skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast paced environment
