Valid Driver's License
Minimum of 10 years of experience in high-end residential home building
Proven track record of progressing through the ranks as a Foreman and Superintendent before moving into Project Management
Demonstrated ability to manage at least two $15M+ projects simultaneously with minimal onboarding
Advanced proficiency in reading and interpreting detailed architectural plans, structural specs, and design schedules
Strong technical command of project management software and Microsoft Office tools
Physical ability to navigate active construction sites, including climbing ladders and lifting up to 65+ pounds
Communication expertise to work directly with multiple stakeholders and high-end clientele
