Hands-on experience supporting and administering data and analytics platforms, with specific experience in Databricks, BI tools, and cloud-based data environments
Strong understanding of operational support models, including incident management, service management, and platform reliability
Experience working in cloud environments (Azure preferred) with awareness of cost and performance considerations

Practical experience building for live, non-mocked environments and handling multi-turn system interactions.
