Proficiency with SQL, Python and languages for data preparation and analysis
Hands-on experience with HCM platforms such as Workday, Oracle HCM or SAP SuccessFactors, including integrations and data governance
Strong proficiency in AI/ML fundamentals including classification, ranking, NLP, embeddings and large language model prompting and evaluation
Ability to design experiments, define KPIs and interpret complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
