Bachelor's degree in Physics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline.
5+ years of experience in nondestructive testing (NDT) or nondestructive evaluation (NDE).
Hands-on experience with ultrasonic testing technologies.
Experience supporting the design, development, testing, or implementation of inspection systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary engineering team.
Ability to work in both office and laboratory environments.
Ability to occasionally travel to manufacturing facilities, customer locations, and field operations.
Ability to lift and handle inspection equipment as required.
Ability to stand, walk, and perform testing activities for extended periods when necessary.
