High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in mechanical or electrical assembly, preferably in the lighting or electrical manufacturing industry.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
Basic knowledge of electrical wiring and assembly procedures.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills.
