Deep understanding of operating systems (e.g., Windows Server, Linux) and their administration.
Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) principles and practices.
Expertise in server hardware, virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V), and network infrastructure.
Knowledge of system security best practices and hardening techniques.
Minimum of 9 years years overall experience with 5 of those years specifically in systems administration, with a proven track record of managing and maintaining complex IT infrastructure.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve system-related issues.
Must have or obtain a DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II certification within 6 months of hire.
High School with 9+ years (or commensurate experience)
