Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
Minimum 5 years' experience working with Federal and State compliance regulatory matters
Minimum 5 years' experience in banking, consumer finance, retail banking compliance, mortgage banking or working in a legal department
Minimum 3 years' experience with managing projects or processes

Compliance Analyst
A full-time, one-year contract position with the possibility of extension
This role offers $38/hour
Hybrid schedule (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)
Strong understanding of supply chain operations
Review and address logistics claims in HighRadius in a timely manner
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including customer service, logistics, third-party logistics providers (3PLs), and sales to gather required documentation and ensure accurate claim coding
Track and follow up on claims with remediation plans to ensure timely closure
Analyze fines and penalties to identify compliance issues and recommend improvements at the source
Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Experience in supply chain and/or logistics
Solid understanding of appointments, Bills of Lading (BOLs), Proofs of Delivery (PODs), and shortage claims
Knowledge of the difference between trade deductions and compliance deductions
