Strong knowledge of SMT, through-hole, and mixed technology assembly processes with the ability to read assembly drawings and work instructions
Experience using microscopes, measuring equipment, and quality documentation systems
Familiarity with ESD procedures and safe handling of electronic components
Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office and quality control software
Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and excellent communication/documentation abilities
