Hands-on experience with Workday (HCM, Core HR, Compensation, Recruiting, Absence, or related modules)
Background as an Operations Specialist, Process Engineer, People Ops Analyst, or HR Tech Specialist supporting large, complex HR organizations
Direct experience transforming messy, manual, or fragmented HR processes into clear, standardized, high‑fidelity SOPs
Strong involvement in change management activities, including process rollouts, enablement materials, stakeholder communications, and training support
Experience partnering with COEs, People Ops teams, HR Tech, and regional HR partners to design and operationalize global processes
Experience working on a Global HR Transformation program at a large-scale tech company (e.g., Google, Meta, Amazon, or similar enterprise environment)
Proven track record of conducting End-to-End (E2E) testing, validating system configurations, identifying defects, and ensuring process accuracy
