Read and follow blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
Perform physically demanding tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and repetitive movement for 8-12 hours per day
Familiarity with hand tools and power tools preferred
Offer of employment is contingent upon the completion of background and drug screenings
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics preferred
Minimum 6 months of experience in assembly, manufacturing, or industrial environments preferred
Ability to work day or night shift
Lift up to 15 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally

Bachelor's degree in engineering or engineering technology (preferably Manufacturing, Industrial or Mechanical)
Experience with and trained in Lean methodologies, including but not limited to; 5S, SMED, VSM, Visual Management / Visual Factory, Problem Solving (A3), Standard Work, Mistake-Proofing, and TPM
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite with strong MS Excel skills
Hands on experience with machining processes, preferably with multi-axis milling and turning
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience using ERP and MES software, preferably Infor10 ERP (Syteline) and ShopVue
Minimum of 5 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment preferably in a Manufacturing or Process Engineering role
Green or Black Belt level certification in Lean or Lean Six Sigma from a reputable training provider
