Five years or more operations experience and attainment of Shift Supervisor, Maintenance Planner, or Engineer
PSM experience including safety leadership and culture
Understanding of operations role in supporting execution of projects and turnarounds
Solid communication skills including the ability to effectively converse in English, compose written documents and interact effectively with peers and supervisors
Familiar with applicable codes, regulations and standards
Works in a safe manner that promotes the EHS goals of the plant and the company
Effective organizational, time management and communication skills
