Bachelors degree in Business or related field
High proficiency in standard software applications (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Working knowledge of utility billing processes and customer service programs, including rate structures, payments, and service orders
Familiarity with utility-specific operational workflows such as meter-to-cash, outage management, and customer interaction channels
Direct experience with Oracle Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) and/or Meter Data Management (MDM) systems, preferably in a regulated utility environment
Proven ability to develop and execute test scenarios, perform system and user acceptance testing (UAT), and manage defect tracking and resolution processes
Customer driven with good oral and written communications skills and general analytical problem solving skills
Must be able to work in a hybrid schedule (implied by job description, not a stated eligibility requirement)
