Proficiency in Procore (or similar PM software) and Microsoft Project
Location: Onsite - Central and North Florida
Demonstrated history of successfully managing federal construction projects and administering government contracts
Working knowledge of federal compliance tracking, including FAR clauses and certified payroll
Extensive experience overseeing civil and marine construction scopes, specifically waterfront and heavy civil work
Salary/Pay Rate: $80,000 - $120,000 per year plus Performance and Year-End Bonuses
