High School Diploma or equivalent required.
5+ years of experience in automotive mechanical/body repair knowledge and quality, or compliance
3+ years of management experience managing a team
Strong attention to detail with proven ability to verify part accuracy, condition, and documentation.
Proficiency in relevant software systems preferred Microsoft applications
Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills with the ability to manage multiple vehicles, orders, and follow-ups simultaneously.
Self-motivated with strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and prioritization abilities.
Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills.
Resourceful and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to develop and maintain productive relationships with technicians and internal stakeholders.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Fast-paced environment requires high accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
Continuous viewing from and inputting data to a computer screen.
Role involves sitting/standing/walking throughout the day in a shop or office environment.
Occasional lifting/carrying of parts and boxes (typically up to 25 lbs; may vary by part size/packaging).
Ability to travel extensively – 75% of travel or more. Must obtain Passport if not already in possession
Valid, clean driver's license is required
