Must have basic understanding of electrical test equipment (megger, hi-pot, multi-meter, etc...)

Must be able to train new employees in accordance with work standards/instructions.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft office suite & basic computer functions.
Minimum High School Diploma or GED required.
2 to 5 years of relevant manufacturing and/or assembly experience preferred.
Ability to read blueprints.
Ability to use hand and pneumatic tools.
Must be able to read electrical schematics.
Must be able to read pneumatic diagrams.
Ability to crimp, perform soldering procedures, assemble wire harnesses, etc.
Standing, bending, twisting for 8 hours per day
Ability to lift 40lbs.
Wearing PPE including but not limited to hearing protection, hard hat, bump cap cut resistant gloves at various times based on current project.
Safety glasses & steel/composite toe shoes are required for entirety of shift.
Must successfully pass initial and random drug screenings.
