May be considered without above requirements if candidate has 8+ years of experience in manufacturing where they have worked with measurement equipment, have read blue prints, and have participated in process improvements.
Knowledge of gauging and measurement techniques for in-process product verification, finished products, and incoming raw materials and parts.
ASQ Mechanical Inspector Certification or ASQ Quality Technician Certification and Graco Quality Checklists must be completed before promotion to the next level (Quality Inspector III).
Demonstrated knowledge of engineering blue print interpretation.
2+ years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment in a machining or quality role with demonstrated ability to produce results.
A minimum of an 18 month machining certification or a completed 2 year technical program in quality or related education or ASQ Mechanical Inspector Certification or ASQ Quality Technician Certification.

Must have completed some type of basic math, blue print and measurement course.
High School Diploma or equivalent.

Able to perform physically demanding tasks: lifting up to 100 lbs, bending, kneeling, climbing.
