High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Ability to follow detailed work instructions and processes.
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify sheet metal/aluminum defects.
Basic computer skills (ERP system knowledge is a plus).
Ability to stand for 8 hours or more.
Frequent lifting up to 50 lbs.
Ability to perform occasional lifting, climbing, carrying, pulling, bending, stooping, twisting, and reaching throughout the shift.

Strong mechanical reasoning and the ability to select appropriate procedures, techniques, tools, and equipment.
Ability to interpret blueprints and measuring devices.
Requires advanced knowledge of hydraulic, electric system, highly skilled in the use of all hand tools, electric, and air power.
The physical ability to stand for the entire shift, use hands for various tasks, ascend stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk, and hear.
Team members must occasionally lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
Specific vision abilities required include close, distant, and peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus.
