Solid knowledge with manufacturing processes and electrical/mechanical components, systems and applications
Solid understanding of lean techniques and statistical analysis
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering, Technology or Mathematics field.
Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.
Also requires 2+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree and 6 months of job-related experience.

Ability to work well with other Inspectors, Quality Control personnel, and Engineers
Strong attention to detail
Periodic bending and stooping
General proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to write efficient CMM and VMM programs with limited time and direction
Proficient with basic measurement tools such as calipers, pin gauges, micrometers, etc.
3+ years of advanced programming experience in VMM and CMM software.
Ability to utilize inspection software for exporting inspection data
Ability to work under pressure for throughput while maintaining quality standards
Push or pull containers on a pallet jack
Ability to sit in front of a computer or other equipment for up to 1 hour at a time
Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds and complete assisted lifts of up to 50 pounds
Ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, and schematics to determine dimensions and tolerance specifications applying Geometric Dimension & Tolerance (GD&T;) as needed
