Bachelor's degree in Engineering or other technical discipline
Must be able to simultaneously manage several objectives and reassign priorities as needed
Ability to work under high pressure situations and deadlines
Ability to inspire, motivate and influence diverse teams
Duties involve sitting, standing, walking, and using a computer for extended periods while preparing reports, analyzing data, conducting audits, and managing quality processes
The employee may occasionally bend, reach, stoop, or lift up to 25 pounds when performing inspections or reviewing materials
This position requires working in both office and warehouse environments
