You must provide documentation that you are a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident to qualify.
Minimum of 15 years of construction industry (industrial or large scale commercial) quality management experience.
Proven ability to manage projects in excess of $75 million
Will be required to pass OSHA 30 class
Will be required to attend Construction Quality Management for Contractors (CQM-C) course
Computer knowledge and efficiency, including Microsoft Office products
Ability to understand and follow directions
Ability to read drawings and specifications
Ability to always maintain discretion and confidentiality
You must be adaptable to all types of weather conditions and traverse and inspect all areas of a construction job site, including walking, climbing, reaching, bending, crawling, or stretching.
Travel is required domestically (must have a valid Driver's License).
