10+ years of dedicated, professional experience running commercial and/or industrial general contracting projects as a Lead PM
Demonstrated success independently managing individual project budgets ranging from $2 million to $20+ million
Proven track record executing commercial renovations, high-end tenant improvements (TI), complex adaptive reuse, industrial facilities, and/or ground-up builds
