The Materials & Planning Analyst is a critical role responsible for planning, scheduling, and optimizing the end‑to‑end flow of material through the manufacturing process.
Owning routing decisions, production sequencing, and machine assignment based on raw material characteristics, customer promise dates, and operational constraints.
Production plans are both executable and optimized for business performance.
The Analyst continuously evaluates production results, adjusts plans in real time, and drives improvements through better planning logic, system accuracy, and cross‑functional alignment.

Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
Valid state driver's license required with ability to perform Vehicle Safety Inspections
Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience managing cleaning/custodial, landscaping, solid waste & recycling, and pest control programs with strong technical knowledge of building systems
Proven ability to multi-task, organize responsibilities effectively, and work independently as a self-motivated professional to achieve goals and objectives
Financial acumen to develop and manage budgets for projects and operations
Strong interface and communication skills across all organizational levels, client senior management, and vendor relationships
