8-10+ years of experience supporting U.S. Navy, DoD, shipyard, or maritime manufacturing programs
Strong knowledge of NAVSEA standards, military specifications, and shipyard quality requirements
Direct experience supporting welding and fabrication operations qualified to Navy Technical Publication S9074-AQ-GIB-010/248
Experience overseeing NDT personnel and programs in accordance with T9074-AS-GIB-010/271
Leadership experience managing quality or inspection teams in regulated manufacturing environments
Strong understanding of NCR, MRB, CAPA, corrective action management, and audit processes
Experience supporting customer audits and interfacing with DCMA, SUPSHIP, and government representatives
Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and industrial EHS program implementation
Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, procedures, and contractual requirements
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; ERP and QMS experience preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
Ability to obtain and maintain access to military installations, shipyards, and controlled industrial environments
Valid, unrestricted U.S. Driver's License
Willingness to travel domestically as needed to support operations and customer engagements
