Collaborator with experience working on teams and engaging directly with customers.
Experience analyzing process variation, interpret metrics, and apply data-driven methods to improve quality performance.
Demonstrated experience conducting technical reviews, interpreting engineering drawings, and managing configuration control.
Strong understanding of AS9100, FAA regulations, and core quality engineering tools (RCCA, SPC, MSA).
Professional certifications such as CQE, AS9102, Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt, or equivalent preferred.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical discipline.

Familiarity with aerospace transparency materials and associated optical performance standards preferred.

Experience in using calibrated precision measurement tools
Experience in inspecting crimping, solder, conformal coating, staking and surface mount components
Experience reading and interpreting engineering design drawings
In accordance with 49 CFR Part 40, this role may perform safety sensitive duties and is subject to drug and alcohol testing in accordance with the regulation. Types of tests include pre-employment, random, post-accident, reasonable suspicion and return to duty and follow up testing.
Experience performing visual inspection on different commodities including CCA's, PCB's, machined parts, Cables/Harnesses, electronic assemblies and component parts.
High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience in working in an AS9100 quality system
Experience performing detailed dimensional inspections using precision measuring tools
A minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience within Aerospace and Defense
Experience with electronic assemblies and interconnect systems
