Minimum of 2 years of Quality Assurance experience, preferably in a QA Supervisor or leadership role
Experience working in a manufacturing or regulated production environment
Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ISO standards
Experience investigating quality issues and implementing CAPA processes
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments
Ability to work independently while leading and developing a quality team
