Minimum 3 years' Inspection/Quality experience in manufacturing environment
Must have computer understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Must be able to interpret drawings including GD&T.;
Ability to multi-task and prioritize inspection duties.
Ability to work with others in a fast-changing environment.
Ability to safely lift 25 lbs.
Ability to understand PO requirements and verification of Certificate of Conformance.
Knowledge of mechanical measuring tools including but not limited to, micrometers, calipers, scales, pin and radius gages, height gage, surface finish comparator, dial indicator, etc.
Knowledge of Programmable CMM/ PCMM "Faro Arm/Romer Arm w/Laser line probe" and familiarity with Verisurf and PC-Dmis experience a plus.
Working knowledge of and experience generating Dimensional Inspection Reports (DIRs) and First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs).

Minimum of five (5) years of progressive quality management experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience managing ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems and leading Quality personnel
Experience with customer quality, supplier quality, auditing, and corrective action systems
Experience supporting APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, Process Flow Diagrams, and First Article Inspection (FAI) preferred
Ability to lead and continually improve Quality Management Systems while establishing departmental objectives and driving cross-functional continual improvement initiatives
Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC), Root Cause Analysis, Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA), process auditing, and quality engineering principles
Strong understanding of engineering drawings, CAD models, blueprint interpretation, GD&T;, customer specifications, metrology, calibration systems, inspection methods, and manufacturing processes
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement effective continual improvement initiatives
Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
