A high school diploma or GED is preferred, along with previous manufacturing and machine operation experience
Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds occasionally
Specific vision abilities including close vision and color distinction
Standing, walking, stooping, bending, and reaching regularly
Primarily on the production floor with constant exposure to dust and mechanical parts
Personal protective equipment such as steel-toed shoes and safety glasses is required
Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day with potential overtime as needed
Operate machinery and use tools to meet production goals
Maintain high production standards by adhering to quality and safety protocols
Cross-train in various roles within the Production department to support the team
Report equipment malfunctions, process deficiencies, and any unsafe conditions
Complete production documentation and ensure products meet customer specifications
Perform daily risk assessments at the beginning of each shift
Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
