High School Diploma or equivalency (G.E.D.)
2+ years of experience in a manufacturing role.
Strong mechanical aptitude is a must.
Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional and effective approach in high-stress situations.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and other technical documents.
Experience with precision measuring tools and instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
Basic to intermediate proficiency with ERP systems (Oracle preferred) and Microsoft Excel for data entry, tracking, and reporting.
