Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent work experience.
Experience with manufacturing process development, documentation, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Proficiency with programming, and automation.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T;).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Good verbal and written communication skills; ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams including engineering, quality, and operations.
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Proficiency with Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodologies.
While performing duties of this job, the employee is required to talk and hear. The position involves periods of standing, walking, and use of hands to handle or operate tools and equipment. The employee may occasionally lift/carry objects up to 25 pounds with or without assistance during inspection or material handling activities. The employee is also required to reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, or crouch as needed. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Minimal travel may be required for training, inter-site support, or supplier visits.
