Experience in food, beverage, flavor, or pharmaceutical industry required
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
Background in food science, food technology, chemistry, or related field with strong organic chemistry knowledge
Hands-on experience with sensory testing
Strong understanding of food science, ingredients, additives, and manufacturing processes
