Experience managing building engineering teams and large vendor networks.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems in commercial buildings.
Experience with building management systems (BMS) and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).

Typically requires AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 6 years relevant experience.
Experience working in a manufacturing / factory environment as an assembler, operator or inspector
Six (6) years of experience in general hardware inspection
Experience working in a manufacturing environment with accept and reject criteria for general quality workmanship.
Experience working with manufacturing processes, following work instructions, interpreting drawings and/or contractual flow downs.
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
