Senior Quality Assurance Process Analyst

Bachelor's degree and 12 years of relevant experience; Associate's degree and 14 years of relevant experience; or high school diploma/equivalent and 16 years of directly related experience.
Extensive experience in quality assurance, process analysis, compliance, program quality oversight, or related leadership roles in a federal or highly regulated environment.
Experience advising leadership on quality, compliance, risk, and process improvement matters.
Experience leading audits, corrective action programs, or enterprise/program-level quality initiatives.
Experience overseeing quality performance across complex teams, functions, or subcontractors.
OSHA safety training/certification appropriate to field and construction support activities, or ability to obtain within a specified timeframe.
Ability to work safely in field environments, including remote and austere locations.
Ability to support work in Arctic conditions and extreme weather environments.
Willingness and ability to travel to and work at remote sites, including camp-based living arrangements with limited amenities, as required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level reporting.
Strong leadership, analytical, and organizational skills.
