Employees must be able to work weekends, holidays, days and night hours, and overtime as necessary and as assigned
Must perform assigned tasks accurately while meeting production standards in a fast-paced warehouse operation
Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment in accordance with Company safety policies and procedures
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds with assistance as needed
Must frequently walk, talk, crouch, kneel, bend, stoop, twist, and reach with the hands and arms
Employees are subject to a warehouse environment and may frequently be exposed to changes in temperature and humidity based on assignment
Must be able to work in the condition specified for 8-10 hours shift as assigned
Must frequently sit, walk and stand, use hands to handle, grasp, and twist objects, tools, or controls, and use both feet for repetitive movements as in operating foot controls
Prior experience operating power industrial equipment preferred
Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions
Ability to work in multi-temperature areas as assigned (e.g. freezer, coolers, dry conditions)

Background in a NDT Method
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
Previously passed NDT Class or High Performer for internal candidates with current supervisor Letter of Recommendation
Must be able to obtain NDT Level 2 Certification within designated timeframe as required by Pratt & Whitney (This is part of the on-the-job, paid training program.)
Must be able to visually inspect and decipher a detailed color pallet for accuracy, with or without reasonable accommodation
High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to work overtime
Background in aerospace manufacturing environment with a concentration in engineering/quality/process controls
Background in math/science
