Bachelor's degree in engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or related technical discipline required
A minimum of 7-10 years of quality experience in defense, or highly regulated manufacturing.
Prior leadership experience within a quality organization required.
Strong working knowledge of AS9100, MIL-STD/MIL-SPEC, DFARS, ITAR and defense contracting requirements.
Expertise in root cause analysis, CAPA, MRB, FAI (AS9102), SPC, and audit management.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and contractual quality clauses.
Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD clearance
Must be a U.S Citizen
