Excellent problem-solving skills with experience in root cause analysis tools (8D, 5-Why, Fishbone).
Strong knowledge of precision machining, gear manufacturing, GD&T;, metrology, and inspection methods (CMM, optical comparators, etc.).
Proven expertise in AS9100 (Rev D preferred) implementation, maintenance, and auditing
Demonstrated success leading teams in a high-precision, low-volume production environment.
Proficient in quality software/tools (e.g., ERP, SPC, document control systems).
U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required due to ITAR regulations.
Minimum **8-10 years** of progressive quality experience in aerospace manufacturing, with at least **5 years** in a leadership role.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
