Strong understanding of construction management, subcontractor oversight, and site safety.
Ability to read and interpret construction schedules and specifications.
Excellent communication skills, especially in coordinating with clients and PMs.
Self-sufficient, reliable, and detail-oriented.
Valid Driver's License.
